National Integrity Title Agency (NITA) has expanded its business development team with the addition of Renée Stone Cacopardo. NITA, a full-service title insurance and settlement agency for both commercial and residential real estate, aims to broaden its reach in coastal towns from Brigantine to Longport, including Hammonton and nearby communities.
Cacopardo, a licensed title insurance producer with over 20 years of experience, will focus on building new business and nurturing client relationships with realtors, lenders, and real estate attorneys. Her approach includes bringing on-site closings directly to clients’ offices, prioritizing in-person interaction. Before joining NITA, Cacopardo spent 15 years as a real estate closer and office manager at a regional title agency and has held various positions in real estate, law, and finance.
Cacopardo expressed enthusiasm about joining NITA, emphasizing the company’s collaborative and positive work environment. George E.
