William (Bill) Lloyd joined NITA in 2009 and hit the ground running. Within a year, Bill progressed from clerical work to a full- time title processor responsible for several large accounts. His quest to learn more led to a year with NITA’s sales team before returning back to processing – a department he began managing in 2019. Today, Bill is responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring day-to-day systems and processes to achieve operational efficiency and increased productivity.
After spending college years at Bowling Green State University in Ohio, Bill returned to his roots in South Jersey. He currently resides in Gloucester Township with his wife and two children, who are the reason he wakes up each morning. Working at NITA, Bill has gained a true appreciation for balancing work and family, something he passes along to his team.
“My favorite quote is that of Nelson Mandela who said, ‘I never lose. Either I win or learn,’” says Bill, who recognizes that anyone can make mistakes. “It is what you take away from those instances that matter. I take pride in what I do and when I am wrong, I learn from it.”
