National Integrity Title Agency (NITA), a full-service title insurance and settlement agency for commercial and residential real estate, celebrates being named as one of the Philadelphia Business Journal’s Soaring 76 for a 4th year, the publication’s annual ranking of fastest growing public and privately held companies in the region. The Marlton-based agency nearly mirrored its 2-year sustained financial growth rate from the last ranking, this year recording a growth rate of 29.5% over the three-year period from 2020-2022. At the root is NITA’s strong team and their continued ability to adapt as markets shift, expand into new targets and seek innovative ways to satisfy the needs of clients with advanced technology.
In a joint statement on being in the Soaring 76 for a 4th Year co-owners George E. Duffield, Sr. and Fran Turchi said, “Four years but this never gets old.
