As a Business Development Specialist focused on Title Insurance, you will play a key role in expanding our market presence, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the title insurance industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record in business development.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the title insurance sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate professionals, lenders, and other commercial and residential industry partners.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our title insurance services.
- Minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and industry partners.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM software, Excel, Word, Outlook, and other relevant business tools.
