A wonderful experience Tod made every thing as easy as possible extremely good with the Communication and explaining everything even did a home visit to further help and explain everything that was needed to know and was very clear with the to-do list and staying on top of everything to make sure everything gets done over all extremely satisfied with the process and made life easy for a first time home buyer definitely recommend

Our settlement coordinator explained all paperwork to be signed in great detail, positive, and fun, making the process enjoyable.
