The properties at 7A Ferrrell Rd and 7 Ferrell Road posed some challenges. The home at 7A Ferrrell Rd was listed on the market, while the adjacent lot at 7 Ferrell Road, owned by someone else, was for sale by the owner. I contacted the lot's seller, who eventually collaborated with NIT to complete the transaction efficiently. My go-to person at NIT is Nicole Wilson, who is professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. She's always available and easy to work with, which means a lot to me in this business. I highly recommend NIT.
