National Integrity Title Agency (NITA), a full-service title insurance and settlement agency for commercial and residential real estate, was named one of the Philadelphia Business Journal’s Best Places to Work in Greater Philadelphia 2023. The Marlton-based company and its 40+ employees throughout the region were one of only 19 business to be recognized in the “small” category defined as one with 25-49 employees. The two-part process began with a call for nominations from the public then NITA’s employees were surveyed to determine the list based on factors including company culture, compensation, benefits and trust in senior leadership. Winners were chosen by their composite score after results were compiled and evaluated.
“You hear it often – ‘employees are a company’s greatest asset’ and there is no truer statement.” said co-owners George E. Duffield, Sr. and Fran Turchi in a joint statement. “From day one, we set out to create a work environment that is professional and productive but equally comfortable and fun.
