We are excited to celebrate our very own Natalie Madanick, VP of Commercial Business Development at National Integrity Title Agency (NITA), who was recently spotlighted in the Mid-Atlantic Real Estate Journal’s “Women in Business” section. The feature highlights Natalie’s pivotal role in expanding the NITA brand in the commercial real estate market.
In her expanded leadership role, Natalie focuses on building new key partnerships for NITA that serve the unique needs of clients in the commercial real estate market, including attorneys, lenders, developers, and brokers. NITA is a full-service title insurance and settlement agency serving both the commercial and residential real estate markets. Co-owner and CEO of NITA, George Duffield, Sr., praised her, noting, “Natalie’s drive and ability to connect people have had a direct and lasting impact on our success”.
Natalie emphasizes that her business strategy is not about selling title insurance but about selling herself, building trust, and fostering relationships. She views herself as a “connector,” genuinely helping others grow their businesses, which she believes is the foundation of long-standing business relationships. When asked about her success, Natalie states that her authenticity, genuine caring, and fearless drive are her unique qualities. She advises young women entering the commercial real estate (CRE) field to “figure out: who you are and who you are in this business role,” and then brand themselves accordingly to stand out.
Natalie is deeply engaged in the region’s real estate community, holding positions such as co-chair of the “Everything Real Estate Group” at the Pyramid Club and board member of the Voorhees Business Association. She also recently co-founded the Tier One Network. As a single mother of two teenagers, she also values a supportive work environment, recalling that NITA’s CEO reassured her, “kids come first,” which she never forgot.
