National Integrity Title Agency (NITA) has hired Lou Hoguet, an industry veteran with over 20 years of experience, as an account executive. Hoguet will be based out of the company’s Marlton headquarters and will focus on building relationships with mortgage brokers, lenders, and real estate agents in the New Jersey residential market. A licensed real estate agent and the former owner of Land Guard Title Services, Hoguet was drawn to NITA for its dedication to customer service and its use of technology. NITA, founded in 1992 and acquired by its current co-owners in 2015, has since grown its team and expanded its offices.
