I had to walk into National Integrity Title Agency this afternoon for what I know was an “unfinished business “ by TD Bank. But I wasn’t getting anywhere with them. Since I closed my refinance with this agency, I thought I would give it a try to prove that all dues paid to TD 2 years ago (yet they didn’t close my account hence showing on my credit report as open HELOC while I had consolidated when I did refinance 2 years ago). The receptionist (sorry didn’t record your name) listened patiently to me, verified my closing happened here, promptly called on closing officer (Nathan Minter) who walked out, greeted me, went back, came in with wire proof of funds wired to the bank, including release docs fee. Which is exactly what I needed. Kudos to the efforts of these two great souls. You keep those smiles and hospitality. I will recommend this agency to others without hesitation.
