Our settlement coordinator explained all paperwork to be signed in great detail, positive, and fun, making the process enjoyable. The office is beautiful, the staff is so accommodating offering complementary beverages and snacks, and the energy in there is contagious. Everyone was super helpful, they worked great with our lender and our RE agent to get everything completed, were able to schedule closing (outside of their office which saved everyone time!!) and had a fantastic closer come out to get everything signed.
